About AI Bill Scan.
Which bills can it read?
Supplier bills as a phone photo (JPG, PNG, WebP) or a PDF. A bill of several pages can be added as several pictures. A clear, straight photo reads best.
What if an item on the bill is new?
Lines the AI cannot match to one of your items are marked "? Check". You pick the item, or create it, in the same Purchase voucher before you save.
Does it save the bill on its own?
No. The AI only fills the Purchase voucher. You check every line, and nothing reaches your stock or accounts until you press Save.
Does it get better with use?
Yes. When you save, StockXPlus remembers which of your items each line on that supplier's bill was, so the next bill from the same supplier matches more lines by itself.
